The journey from being an RBT to a Behavior Analyst was the realization of my own professional dreams. While on this journey, I was surrounded by leaders and fellow therapists who pushed me to embody both my professional values and dreams, but also the overarching goal to provide comprehensive and collaborative care to our clients. As a Behavior Analyst and a clinical leader now, I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to help others unlock their own superpowers. The joy of giving that back across a network of therapists and clients fills my bucket with motivation!
